Broad outlines of the remuneration reportGeneralIn accordance with best practice provision II.2.12 of the Code, the remuneration report must include a description of the manner in which the remuneration policy was implemented during the past year, as well as an overview of the remuneration policy as envisaged by the supervisory board for next and subsequent years. The remuneration report for calendar year 2009 (“the 2009 remuneration report”) can be found on the BinckBank website (www.binck.com). The broad outlines of the 2009 remuneration report will be set out below.
